Shipping rates

For orders under $99 shipping charges will be calculated at check out. 

Shipment processing time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Cowansville Quebec. Depending on the volume of orders we have, it may take up to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Delivery estimates

Our default shipping carriers in Canada are Canpar and Canada Post for post office boxes. If you wish to know how long a package will take to be delivered by Canpar, please use the transit map on their website for the estimate. Our warehouse postal code is J2K 3Y5.

If you’re in a hurry to receive your Lost Horizons products, express shipping is available upon request. Please email us immediately after placing your order and we will try to accommodate you. Please note that express shipping will incur additional costs.

International shipping

We do not ship currently ship internationally but if you wish to ship to the US, you may place your order on our U.S website www.lhknitwear.com which will ship from our U.S warehouse.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
